(7) NRHA World Champions and Reserve World Champions and Top Ten (3rd-10th) placing horses must have earned money in at least three (3) seven (7) NRHA approved shows, in that respective class, to qualify for the title. 

Intent of Proposal (include additional pages as necessary):

With the number of shows available, raising this number makes the Top Ten a more fair competition.
