Proposed Change:
I. Added Money
(7) Rookie
I class must be a jackpot.
(8)
Rookie II class added money must not exceed $100
Renumber subsequent rules.
Intent of Proposal (include
additional pages as necessary):
Riders earning out of Rookie has been a concern.
With this system the beginner Rookies are still
protected while those that earn out of Rookie,
but are not quite a Limited rider yet, still
feel that they have a place to be competitive.
The Rookie of Year qualification process will be
done through the Rookie II level.
