(1)  All riders and owners ……..must also be shown to the entry secretary when entering NRHA approved classes.  Renewals and new memberships can be applied for at any NRHA approved show. A temporary card will be issued which is good for 45 days from issue.  Entry forms must identify…

Non Pro – A Non Pro Declaration and one-time $25 fee must accompany membership application, unless already on file at the NRHA office. Non Pro Declarations can be applied for and submitted at any NRHA approved show. (If a Non Pro…….

Intent of Proposal (include additional pages as necessary):

To let the membership know that they can apply for memberships or Non Pro status at any NRHA approved show.

These procedures are currently documented in the Policy Manual established by the Executive Board.  The intent of this proposed rule is to bring the Handbook in line with the Policy Manual.
