Proposed Change:

I. ADDED MONEY

(6) Novice Horse Non Pro added money must not exceed the added purse of the Novice Horse Open.

(6) Novice Horse Level 1 must not exceed $1000 in added money. Novice Horse Level 2 must not exceed $2500 in added money. The added money of Novice Horse Level 1 cannot exceed that of Level 2.

Intent of Proposal (include additional pages as necessary):

The new level stem for the Novice Horse classes answers the problem that an experienced Aged Event horse can enter the Novice Horse category by making all earnings (except Categories 3, 7 & 9) part of the eligibility.  However, because of including those extra earnings it is felt that the levels need to be implemented so that horses of all levels would have a class where they can feel competitive.
