Delete all items pertaining to ownership page 24 25
Add non pros must own their horse


Intent of Proposal (include additional pages as necessary):

Non pro to show only one horse per Category 2 class ;

1 make the playing field more even
2 bring in more exhibitors
3 Decrease any one from controlling event
4 to make it truly a non pro event

This would allow us not to have a long list of family , and license to be in non pro’s name .

Can be transferred free of having to purchase from family member . Only transfer fee would apply.
