The Freestyle Open & Non Pro shall never be run concurrently

 

Intent of Proposal (include additional pages as necessary):

The classes were made for Open Freestyle and then Non Pro.  This is to give Open riders and horses that are not open caliber horses to show competitively.  I believe that if a Non Pro wants to enter an Open class, they should have to run twice and not run once and get two monies.
