Section 2.  Nominations of candidates for the offices open for election, shall be submitted by the committee appointed by the President, and submitted to the President no less than on hundred twenty (120) days prior to the designated membership meeting.  All candidates for officer position s must have a minimum of 1 year previous experience on the NRHA Board of Directors.

Intent of Proposal (include additional pages as necessary):

To ensure the membership is represented by people with experience, knowledge and have the foresight to help NRHA prosper in the future.
